1. What is your refund policy?
- While all sales are final, there may be circumstances where your order may qualify for an exchange.
- The return & exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for a return or exchange
- Use our measuring guide to ensure you receive the correct-sized unit. Try on your unit before cutting the lace to check for the right fit. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days only if the lace is still on and uncut.
- If a refund is approved by the seller, it will be returned to original form of payment used for the order within 7 to 14 days.
- We strive to ensure your satisfaction! If there's an issue with your order caused by our error, we'll work diligently to fix it. Please email us at info@LuxeAlignedBeauty.com with any concerns.
2. When I place an order, when will it ship?
- Our Luxe And Ready Collection (Ready To Ship) orders typically ship same day or next day after payment processes (which can be same day to 4 days depending on payment method selected at checkout).
- Wigs from our Aligned With Me Collection are tailored to your specific unique selections and require a 2 to 3 week turnaround before shipping, sometimes sooner.
- You will receive a tracking number via email and/or text once your item has shipped. Delivery generally takes 2-5 days depending on your destination
3. What shipping carrier do you use?
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery takes 2-5 days depending on your destination.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking information. A signature is required upon delivery.
4. Are there any special requirements for orders containing multiple wigs?
- Yes. For orders exceeding $1,000, we require a clear copy of the front and back of your State ID or Driver's License.
- If your address on the ID does not match your shipping address, we require proof of residency for the shipping address (such as P.O. Box ownership, utility bill, etc).
5. What happens if my order is returned undelivered?
- If your order is returned undelivered, you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.
6. Does Luxe Aligned Beauty take responsibility for carrier delays?
- No. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier due to, negligence, weather conditions or holidays. Please keep in mind additional insurance can be placed on all orders if requested and paid by the customer.
